Former Saints on ballot for College Football Hall of Fame

Tackle William Roaf, a 2012 inductee into the Pro Football Hall of Fame, is one of three former Saints on the Football Bowl Subdivision ballot for induction into the College Football Hall of Fame.

Roaf, a former Louisiana Tech star, and two Saints teammates — tight end Wesley Walls (Ole Miss) and quarterback Danny Wuerffel (Florida) — are among 77 players and five coaches being considered for the honor that will be announced May 7 in New York.
