Advocate staff photo by SCOTT THRELKELD — New Orleans Saints running back Darren Sproles (43) hauls in a pass against the San Francisco 49ers during the third quarter Sunday, Nov. 17, 2013, at the Mercedes-Benz Superdome.

Though they didn’t practice, the Saints were required to release an injury report Monday ahead of Thursday’s visit to Atlanta (2-8). CB Rod Sweeting (hip), RB Darren Sproles (knee/ankle), S Kenny Vaccaro (concussion), TE Ben Watson (concussion), CB Chris Carr (hip/back/hamstring) and CB Jabari Greer (knee) were among those listed.

Sweeting, Vaccaro and Watson sat out Sunday’s 23-20 win over the 49ers. Greer left the game midway through the first quarter with what coach Sean Payton called “a significant knee injury.”

Sproles left for a portion of the game to have his ankle taped but continued playing. Carr played in the Saints’ last defensive series.

Others on the injury report: DE Cameron Jordan (ankle), G Ben Grubbs (neck), DL Akiem Hicks (back), DE Tyrunn Walker (knee), LB Curtis Lofton (hamstring/ankle), TE Jimmy Graham (elbow/foot) and G Jahri Evans (ankle).

Atlanta practiced Monday night, and TE Tony Gonzalez (toe) and DE Malliciah Goodman (calf) sat out.
