LSU sent All-America right-hander Kevin Gausman to the mound for the 12th inning as the Tigers resumed their super regional against Stony Brook on Saturday morning.
The score is 4-4. Gausman, who was scheduled to start Game 2 later Saturday, replaced Nick Goody. The second game will start 35 minutes after the conclusion of Game 1.
