Nola, a junior from Catholic High, went 12-1 with an ERA of 1.57 and struck out 122 batters. He was a First Team All-American and the SEC Pitcher of the Year last season.

LSU begins the 2014 season with a game against New Orleans at Alex Box Stadium on Feb.14. The Tigers begin practice on Friday.
