Kristin Davis, an LSU grade and former homecoming queen, won the PJ’s Coffee Facebook contest. Her blend, Chocolate Truffle, launches in PJ’s stores Aug. 22. She also toured the PJ’s roasting facility and worked with the company’s roastmaster to develop her flavor. Davis won a year’s supply of PJ’s coffee, which she gave up and asked the money be donated to the Louisiana Youth Seminar, a week-long leadership experience for high school students that’s held at LSU. Davis now lives in New Orleans.
