Ascension Parish 4-H's entry of Grilled Redfish With Crawfish-Oyster Sauce Over Grilled Asparagus
Let me tell you, the LaHouse never smelled better.
Nine teams of 4-Hers from around the state faced off Wednesday in the Next 4-H Food Star competition at LSU. Crawfish pie, seafood-stuffed crepes, grilled redfish, shrimp and grits, and stuffed white perch were among the dishes served to a very lucky panel of judges.
The winning team will represent Louisiana at the Great American Seafood Cookoff, 4-H Edition in New Orleans.
