For $60 per person, join in the Martin Wine Cellar‘s Tour de Vin III from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m., Sunday, July 15 at Juban’s Restaurant, 3739 Perkins Road. The tour features 12 tables of various wines and a menu of shucked oysters with mango salsa, smoked chicken salad with creamy honey lavender vinaigrette, strawberry barbecue rotisserie pork, a rosemary and goat cheese torte with fig preserves, roasted summer vegetable terrine with saffron aioli, stuffed fingerling potatoes, duck rillettes, chilled melon soup with mint crème fraiche, vegetable crudité and shrimp remoulade.
